The man with the horsey voice is going to drag this place down! The bar/ cocktail idea is good concept for Holywood however this man customer service is appalling. We went there on New Years Eve and we have vowed not to return until summer! We hope the place would have improved or the worst.. closed down if it carries on this way in busy days. In saying this we have to applaud the wee girl working with him for keeping it professional on the day. She ensured she was professional at times when the other waiter mimicked having an awful time, in particular when they were not serving he would occasionally lift a whole bottle of wine and pretend to chug it down, I think this was his way of showing how miserable he was feeling or the fact that he is alcoholic, I dont know. The girl would look away and not entertain this . The bar is in plain sight , Im not sure if he realises a few tables saw this. Anyway- What prompted this review is the fact that he gave us a wrong order and when advised of this mistake , the girl apologised and went to the bar to let him know if his error, He then shook his head at the girl then looked at the drink to question if its been drank, he muttered something to the girl, the girl came back to us and asked if we had sipped the drink. We told them we hadnt done so.The girl then went back to the bar area living us perplexed about the situation.The waiter muttered something else and the girl lifted the drink from the bar and went on to serve it to another table, hesitantly!. This drink was served to us initially, we sniffed at it to try and ascertain if it smelt like what we ordered and this is the drink that was served to someone else, presumably the right table. Beside all this , the place is nice, the table menu could be a bit better . We hope more training is provided to the gentleman
