Our experience with Templeton Robinson began over 12 months ago. We decided to test the market and put our home at 376 Cregagh Road up for sale. The photos and catalogue soon followed and an interview gave us hope of a swift sale. This did not happen! Later in 2014, after reducing our price , we had a series of viewers but no takers. Again we adjusted our price and before December 2014 we had a firm offer which we accepted. Throughout the time, we had very regular contact with Lana and she seemed to have a sympathy with us over the slow response from the market. All went well with the final stages and we closed the sale early March 2015.
