For the second time in 2 months my delivery was well below standard. Re- cooked chips and chicken balls just not good nor safe food.. The first time we complained the owner reissued food. Clearly he has got bombarded with complaints and he stated that the food was not re-cooked. As in other customer comments could not care less about the customer.Better places to order from, sorry Golden Rainbow you had one chance too many.
1 star for the quick delivery..0 star for food!!!! We bought a munch box for 15 aside from the cold lumpy curry sauce the overcooked chips and the soggy chicken we were given a sorry excuse of a gravy pot. Thick black lumpy tar consitancy with a green rim! After contacting the staff to see what they could do they were extremely rude unprofessional and only offered to get us a new pot of gravy when we asked for a refund - we declined as the food on a whole was too off putting. The food hygiene standard has been contacted as this food is NOT acceptable and the staff we're not helpful or apologetic in the slightest.. (I have photos if anyone wants proof)

Curry, Black bean, satay, salted chilli all amazing. Never had a disappointing meal from here. All staff are good lads too. Get the munchy box if there's a couple of you as well, it's class.
