My church
(Oct 2018) There are three churches in Holywood with the word "Presbyterian" in the name. This, First Holywood (non-subscribing) Presbyterian Church is the only one of the three to baptize the children of gay parents.This church welcomes gay folk as equals into full fellowship in the congregation. This church is often described as "the pink church" on account of the external paintwork. Sunday worship service starts at noon and lasts about an hour.Saturday morning downstairs a Coffee Morning opens between ten and noon it is well attended coffee/ tea (served in China cups) and crme buns
This church (and it's denomination) is more liberal-minded than other churches in Northern Ireland, and it's minister has a good knowledge of Holy Scripture
