I've been getting my lashes done for years, and Tomoko is by far the best technician I've ever been to. She was fast, efficient, and thorough, and just generally did a great job. The bonus is that she's a lovely, kind person who is nice to spend time with. I'm so pleased I discovered her, and will be back soon!
